Temperamental.

It’s hard to say,
it’s even harder to look into your eyes, 

I wish the only one I had to be was me,
for you to see it as clearly.


I somehow feel like
I’m pulling away your ground,
before I’ve even started.


To realise my words
that caught you by surprise,
makes it even harder.


I wish there was a way
to make you read the signs,
I’m bringing you this evening.


I wish the only thing I had to do was to,
hold my arms around you.

Spiral Fix.

In precious little circles
their thoughts run races.
Float in the water, azure and still
drowning in downsize
None finish first.


No stars get them out of this hold
slow down, just two are left
I see your smile shine, red in the silence
It's laughing

one of us is next. 

They hid the smiles off the sideways
made it my fortune to watch it all happen
I'd be sure we're still going nowhere.
They retch an apology for necessity
but my blood still swims inside.

When all is done and said
I think, spirals down
it all spirals down the brain

into their little circles. 

So I'll find the balance in between. 

Misread.

Where'd all the good people go.

If you want to be a friend
You want us to get along
Please don't expect
The observation I am doing could easily be understood
as a cynical demeanour
But one of us misread
And what do you know
It happened again.
A friend is not a means
utilize to get somewhere
Somehow I didn't notice
It happened again


How come no-one told me
All throughout history
the loneliest people
were the ones who always spoke the truth.
The ones who made a difference
by withstanding the indifference.


I guess it's up to me now
Should I take the risk 
or just smile
